मित्र जतिनभई शाह को भावभीनी श्रन्दाजनी
सपने मे हुई थी मुलाकात
अभी ख़्वाब पूरा भी न हुआ
और तुम चल दिए

नृपा के द्वारा हुवा इंट्रो-ड़कशन
इ-मेल के द्वारा हुई जान पहचान
ओट्ला मीटिंग से आये पास पास
मिलन कुञ्ज के गरबे से चढ़ी दोस्ती पटवान
और तुम चल दिए

इन्सान क्या क्या सोचता है
कितने होते है अरमान
पर किसको पता कब आएगा उसका फरमान
पल में होजाएगे सपने चूर
मिट्टी का शरीर मिट्टी में मिल जायेगा
इन्सान आता है और चला जाता है

खूब आती है और रुलाती है सबको

I am very much shocked at the sad news of sudden demise of shri Jatinbhai.
Since I got this news Jatinbhai's image is all the time before me remembering
all his active social life. Really, he was though I spent very short time with him, is always remembered as fun loving , social ,creative, devoted person that shared our lives with us. I will truly missed him.He will due to his nature will live in the heart of all those who he touched.
Please convey our heartfelt condolences to Geetaben and pray to almighty to give
sufficient strength to bear this irreparable loss.
We pray to God to rest departed soul in peace.

Our Shree Jatin K. Shah departed heavenly abode due to massive heart attack at 11.20 PM on December 12, 2010. His dead body is in cold storage at Bhailal Amin General Hospital. The final processing will be on December 15, 2010.
