શ્રી નિરંજન પ્રાણજીવનદાસ તલાટીના માતૄશ્રી તારાબેન પ્રાણજીવનદાસ નું ૯૦ વર્ષની વયે ગુરૂવાર, તારીખ ૧૪ જુલાઈ, ૨૦૧૧ ના રોજ અવસાન થયેલ છે. ન્રિપા ફેમિલી સ્વર્ગસ્થના કુટુંબીજનોના દુઃખમાં સહભાગી થાય છે તેમજ હ્નદય પૂર્વકનો દિલસોજી સંદેશો પાઠવે છે. સદ્ગતના આત્માને ચિર શાંતિ મળે તેમજ સદ્ગતના સ્નેહી જનોને આવી પડેલી આ કપરી પરિસ્થિતિ સહન કરવાની શક્તિ અને હિંમત આપે તે માટે ન્રિપા ફેમિલી પરમ કૃપાળુ પરમાત્માને પ્રાર્થના કરે છે.
સદ્ગતનું બેસણું રવિવાર, તારીખ ૧૭ જુલાઈ, ૨૦૧૧ ના રોજ સાંજના ૪ થી ૫ કલાક દરમ્યાન કોમ્યુનિટી હોલ, મોટા કુંભનાથ મહાદેવ પાસે, પેટલાદ રોડ રેલ્વે ક્રોસિંગ પાસે, નડિયાદ ખાતે રાખેલ છે.
